Four answers that might save you the email
My tax receipt hasn't arrived. What now?
Receipts go to the email address used at the time of donation — check spam and any secondary address first. Consolidated annual receipts are issued in the new year for the previous tax year.

How do I change, pause or cancel my monthly gift?
Call donor care or send a message with the words "monthly giving" and the email address on the donation. We can change the amount, switch the fund, pause for a set period, or cancel outright — no retention script, no argument.
Can I donate by cheque or e-transfer?
Yes. Cheques payable to Human Concern International to PO Box 3984, Station C, Ottawa, ON K1Y 4P2 — write the fund on the memo line and we will designate it. For e-transfer or wire details, contact donor care directly.
Is my Zakat kept separate?
Yes. Zakat is held and disbursed separately from general donations, in line with our published Zakat policy, and is distributed only to those eligible to receive it. If you want to know which projects last year's Zakat funded, that is in the annual report.
